This organic cabbage has an upright head with a high dome and a short core. The thick, tightly packed interior leaves have a vivid, attractive contrast and sweet flavour. This is a superior cabbage for summer or fall harvests.
Integro's heads held well in our field trials and were very uniform. Full-sized heads weigh 1.4-1.8kg (3-4lb). This cabbage is also a great option for miniature heads if grown at 20cm (8") spacing. The tight, interior leaves are thick but sweet and crisp, and never fibrous.
These seeds are coated with an inert, organically certified layer which helps to minimize clumping in storage and seed sowing machines. The coating is approved by organic certifiers in Canada, the US, EU, and Japan.
