Description

An extremely early leek packed with sweet flavour. Long white stems can reach 30 cm.long with very little bulbing. Can withstand freezing down to –7 celsius. Use in soups of all sorts or braise until meltingly sweet.

Patience pays off!

I’m happy with the HAWTHORN FARM Organic King Richard Leek seeds. The seeds took a long time to germinate, but now they are growing well. This was a replacement for my first attempt with a different brand/type of leek and had zero germination.
