General Hydroponics FloraGrow

I got started in hydroponics by buying out another grower who wanted to get out of growing. As part of the purchase, I received a quantity of General Hydroponics FloraGrow. The first thing to know is that FloraGrow is one of three nutrient concentrates that are intended to be used together. The other two are FloraMicro and FloraBloom. The labels on the bottles give dilutions in gallons. I chose to convert those amounts into ml because I use 15 l buckets to mix the solution. While the labels give sufficient information, the General Hydroponics website has much better resources and you can go as deep into the details as you like. The documentation on the website is clear, concise, and easy to follow. I strongly recommend that you get a quality Electrical Conductivity meter to test the concentration of your nutrient solutions and a quality pH meter to test the pH. If I follow the directions, I find that my nutrient solutions come out just right for EC and pH or only require very small adjustments. Last month, I harvested my 5th grow. I haven't compared the General Hydroponics products to other products so I can't speak to the question of whether it's the best but I my harvests have produced very nice yields with excellent potency. The General Hydroponics Flora series that includes FloraGrow has given me very good results with minimal headaches. I have no reason to try other products. If it ain't broke...
