Return/Refund Policy

We accept returns and refunds, when applicable. All items are shipped with insurance, picture documented, and leave in perfect condition with appropriate wrapping, allowing you the customer the satisfaction that you will receive the product you order in good condition,

A notification will be sent through regular mail, E-mail, or local telephone call regarding your return/refund once the item is received and processed.

Refunded items must be received back in the store 30 days (circumstances can be made) after the date of purchase or if using an expedited service 30 days upon the date of arrival: unopened, within the purchase packaging with all included accessories, and shipped using appropriate shipping and packaging.

If applicable a refund will be processed using your utilizing the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days (give or take to allow for Holidays) after your item is received and processed, a refund invoice will be given through E-mail or if a return the proper order will be sent out the 2-3 business days upon arrival, analyzing, and processing.

All items included MUST be returned in order to receive a full refund (missing items will be subtracted from the refund accordingly)

Return shipping shall be paid by the purchaser unless an error of our own doing (IE wrong item, wrong size item); in the case of neglect causing a return/refund the customer will still pay for return shipping, however, once processed that money will be returned utilizing the same method of payment or put forth towards a future purchase.

Please contact us prior to a defective return, different products are compatible with different things and we can possibly get your system to work without the need for shipping back and forth. Unless the product is damaged, the wrong type/size/wieght or the item is recalled, the transaction is considered a return, not a refund. Credit from refunds, minus shipping,  can be utilized in store if requested, outgoing shipping will be once again charged.

If you used a promotional code or coupon for your item, the amount you paid for the item will be refunded not the original price.

Shipping and freight on refunds and returns is to be paid by the customer. Freight or shipping on returns/refunds will be paid by Indoor Farmer only if the product is defective, damaged, or recalled, this does not include nutrients if the product is used.

Refunds and returns will only be given once the product is received, checked, and processed. If the product is returned and is in working order, the customer must pay for return shipping or pickup in store at their leisure (not including nutrients).
